What is Your Return Policy?

If any gift item or floral product arrives damaged or broken, we will be more than happy to replace the damaged or broken item. Please call our store directly within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged or broken item to arrange for its replacement. Broken or damaged product must be returned to our shop by the recipient or purchaser for replacement or refund. Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products, bath products or opened items unless defective or damaged on receipt. Refunds will only be issued to the purchaser and only for damaged goods. Shipping and/or delivery charges are non-refundable.


What is the Procedure If the Recipient Is Not Home at the Time of Delivery?

To avoid delivery delays and extra delivery charges, we contact local residential recipients ahead of time to ensure they will be available to receive their gift. In the event a recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our drivers will attempt to leave the gift with a neighbour. A door knocker tag or phone message is left for the recipient indicating that we were there with a delivery for them and they are advised as to which neighbour is holding their gift for pick-up by the recipient. This procedure avoids any further delivery charges to the sender for redelivery of their gift. Please be sure to advise us of any particular delivery instructions when placing your order. Please be sure to provide a current contact telephone number and correct delivery address for the recipient.


How Do You Handle Order Cancellation?

To receive a full refund, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of placing the order or prior to our creating the gift whichever comes first. Once the order is completed and ready for delivery, no refund will be given. Any non-refundable deposits paid on large quantity or custom orders will not be refunded for any reason.


What is Your Privacy Policy?

Your privacy is important to us. Any information we collect from you for the purposes of completing an order or otherwise is solely used for our own purposes in the completion of your order and/or for our own future marketing purposes. We will not further disclose any of the information provided by you to any party not associated with our order and delivery processing or marketing requirements. Please feel free to contact us with any privacy concerns you may have. Your use of this website and submission of information to us, is considered your implied consent to use any information that you provide to us as we deem necessary for the completion of your order and for our own marketing purposes.
