We hand deliver or ship throughout Canada, the U.S. and other international destinations.

For delivery outside of Canada, please contact us to confirm the timing and cost.

Shipping charges will vary according to size, weight and destination.

Please ensure that you provide us with the recipient’s correct, complete and up-to-date address (including the postal code) and telephone number. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. Additional delivery charges will be applied for incorrect addresses and necessary redeliveries. Incorrect delivery information may also result in delayed delivery.

For local residential deliveries, we contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to receive the gift. At times, although they indicated they would be there, they are not. In this event, we attempt to leave the gift with a neighbour and advise the recipient of this. In case a redelivery is necessary, extra delivery charges will apply.

For timely delivery around Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and other holidays, please be sure to place your orders early to avoid disappointment.

Multiple orders delivered to one address are subject to extra delivery charges.

Local orders can be delivered Monday to Saturday. Out-of-town shipping orders are delivered Monday to Friday.
